Italy4VAT is the single point of contact with the Italian market and the entry point to the European one, specialising in regulated guarantees in Italy and across the EU. Se & Se Auditors and Chartered Accountant S.p.A. STP is the fiscal representative authorised by the Italian Revenue Agency.

Regulated guarantees and fiscal representation are two different trades, held by two different entities of the same network. Italy4VAT is your single point of contact and handles the guarantee side; the fiscal representation itself is carried out by Se & Se, authorized by the Revenue Agency. Foreign companies deal with one interlocutor and get both, without assembling them from separate suppliers.

Italy4VAT is duly registered with the Italian Register of Insurance Intermediaries (RUI), supervised by IVASS — the authorization that covers the guarantee side of the file.
Se & Se Auditors and Chartered Accountant S.p.A. STP is a professional company registered with the Albo dei Dottori Commercialisti di Roma and the Registro dei Revisori Contabili, holds official authorization from the Agenzia delle Entrate as Fiscal Representative, and has a share capital of €2 million fully paid up.
Every day we evaluate the insurance solutions available on the Italian market and select the most fitting for issuing VIES guarantees in favour of foreign companies entering the European market.
